At The SoulSafe, we believe that a productive working relationship begins with clarity, transparency and mutual understanding. We want you to know what to expect, what each consultation includes and what any potential next steps may involve before making a commitment.
Complimentary Introductory Call
— 15 Minutes
We offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to explore whether SoulSafe may be a good fit for your organization’s needs.
This is not a sales call or a sales pitch.
It is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, briefly discuss what you’re experiencing and determine whether there is a potential fit between your needs and the work we do.
Not every challenge requires our services, and not every working relationship is the right match. This conversation allows both of us to make that determination openly, without pressure or expectations.
The introductory call is not a consulting session and does not include a detailed assessment, document review, recommendations or solution development.
If we mutually agree that further exploration would be worthwhile, we’ll explain the optional paid discovery consultation, including its scope and fee. You can then decide whether you’d like to take that next step.
There is no charge, no sales pitch and no obligation to proceed.
Discovery Consultation — $500
If we mutually agree that further exploration would be worthwhile, the next step is an optional, paid discovery consultation.
This 60-minute working session allows us to discuss your organization’s challenges in greater depth, explore relevant processes and identify preliminary patterns, potential areas of concern and possible next steps.
The $500 fee includes the consultation and a brief written summary of our preliminary observations and potential next steps.
The discovery consultation is a standalone service. It is not a comprehensive organizational assessment, and it does not guarantee that a subsequent engagement will be recommended or undertaken.
Credit Toward a Future Engagement
If you choose to proceed with a separately agreed SoulSafe engagement within 60 days of your discovery consultation, $250 of your consultation fee will be credited toward that engagement.
The credit applies to the fee for a subsequent engagement, is nonrefundable, has no cash value and expires 60 days after the discovery consultation.
There is no obligation to proceed with additional services.
Our Commitment to Transparency
Any additional services will be discussed and separately agreed upon before work begins. We will explain the proposed scope, deliverables, fees and anticipated timeline so you can make an informed decision about whether to proceed.
Additional Terms
Scheduling, Cancellation and Rescheduling
The complimentary introductory call may be rescheduled or canceled at any time. We appreciate advance notice whenever possible.
The $500 discovery consultation must be paid in advance to confirm the appointment.
You may cancel or reschedule a discovery consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this period will receive a full refund, or the fee may be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are generally nonrefundable. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and will consider reasonable exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
If SoulSafe needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund.
Scope of Services
Consultations provide preliminary operational and organizational observations based on the information available at the time. They do not constitute a comprehensive audit or guarantee any particular business outcome.
SoulSafe does not provide legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice. Matters requiring such expertise should be referred to appropriately qualified professionals.
Any services beyond the discovery consultation require a separately agreed scope of work.
